1. Who is responsible?

Haven Games is operated by Mickey Collett-Nygaard, Denmark, who is responsible for the personal information we process as described in this policy. For privacy questions or requests, contact support@havengames.dk.

This policy covers the Haven Games support and privacy websites, our support correspondence, and the games specifically named below. Future games may have different features; their relevant details will be added before those features process personal information.

2. Arrowhaven

Arrowhaven is an offline puzzle game. You do not need to create an account or provide your name or email address to play.

Local game data remains on your device until it is removed by you or your operating system. Deleting the app normally removes its local app data; device or cloud backups may retain copies according to your device settings. Manage those backups through Apple’s settings. We do not hold a server copy of your game progress and cannot recover it for you.

Apple separately handles purchases, downloads, device backups and any diagnostic information you choose to share through Apple’s services. Apple may make app reports or diagnostics available to developers under its platform settings. We use any such information made available to us only to operate, troubleshoot and improve the game, not for advertising or cross-app tracking. See Apple’s privacy policy and your device’s privacy settings.

3. When you contact support

Emails sent to support@havengames.dk are forwarded to the operator’s regular mailbox, where support correspondence is handled. If you email us, we receive your email address, any name shown in your email, your message and any attachments or technical details you choose to send. We use this information to respond, investigate problems and keep track of the support conversation. Providing it is voluntary, but we need enough information to answer your request.

Our legal basis under the GDPR is our legitimate interest in providing support, maintaining reliable games and resolving problems (Article 6(1)(f)). Where necessary to fulfil a contract with you or meet a legal obligation, Articles 6(1)(b) or 6(1)(c) may apply instead.

We retain correspondence while a request is open and afterwards only as needed for related follow-up, resolving disputes or meeting legal obligations. We consider the nature of the issue, whether follow-up is reasonably expected and applicable legal requirements when deciding retention. Information no longer needed is deleted or anonymised. Copies in provider backups may persist until those backups expire under the provider’s retention arrangements.

4. Visiting our websites

Our support and privacy pages are hosted using Cloudflare Pages. Delivering and protecting the pages involves processing technical information such as IP addresses, requested URLs, request times, browser or device information and security-related traffic data.

We do not add advertising trackers, analytics scripts, contact forms, external fonts or embedded social-media content to these pages. The page code does not set cookies or use browser storage. Hosting and security services may separately process technical information needed to deliver and protect the website.

Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in making these pages available and keeping them secure (Article 6(1)(f)). Hosting and security information is retained as necessary for delivery, security, troubleshooting and legal obligations, under the applicable service arrangements; we do not maintain a separate visitor-profile database. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for its handling of end-user and network data.

5. Service providers and disclosures

Our website-hosting and email-service providers process the information needed to deliver their services. Access is limited to the purposes described here. Where a provider processes information on our behalf, we require appropriate contractual safeguards, confidentiality and data protection consistent with this policy and applicable law. Apple processes information for its own platform services under its own terms.

We do not sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising. We may disclose information where legally required, or where necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

Service providers may process information outside Denmark and the European Economic Area. Where we are responsible for a transfer requiring safeguards, we use an applicable adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses. Contact us for details about relevant providers, transfer arrangements or copies of applicable safeguards.

6. Your rights and choices

Depending on applicable law and the circumstances, you may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal information; restriction of processing; or a portable copy of information. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.

Email support@havengames.dk with your request. We may need proportionate information to verify that the request concerns you. We respond within the time limits required by applicable law, normally within one month under the GDPR. Some information may need to be retained to comply with law or resolve legal claims.

You can manage Arrowhaven’s local data and Apple diagnostic-sharing or backup settings on your device. There is no Haven Games account to delete. We cannot access or delete a local save remotely.

You may complain to your local data-protection authority. In Denmark, this is Datatilsynet.

7. Children’s privacy

Arrowhaven does not ask players to submit personal information or create an account. Children should ask a parent or guardian to contact support on their behalf. If you believe a child has sent us unnecessary personal information, contact us so we can review and remove it where appropriate.

8. Security and changes

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect information we handle, including limiting access to those who need it. No system can guarantee absolute security.

We update this policy when our games, services or data practices change and revise the date above. Where required, we provide additional notice or obtain consent before introducing a new use of personal information.
